Released on June 30 2000, Nothin’ In The Rearview is the first, and to date, only album rleeased by Dave Garner and The Stand.

The Stand are:

James McCamey – Bass and backing vocals
Darren Haar – Drums

Liz Lohan – Backing vocals
Bruce Williams – Harmonica

The album, recorded, produced and mixed by Bruce William’s was the culmination of a number of important factors. With Dave as the central point he and Bruce assembled The Stand with a view to rehearse, play live and eventually record what would become Nothin’ In The Rearview. Dave had been in covers band Blue Mayday with Rick and the two of them had established a tight and intricate playing style together. Dave had also worked with Darren and James and together the four of them would become an exceptional live act.

Dave and Bruce had been recording demo’s of Dave’s songs for quite some time and eventually somewhere in the order of 25 songs were shortlisted to record.
